The goal of this project was to create a complex item in SolidWorks, practicing making detailed parts, assemblies, and features. We decided to build an upgraded version of the 1939 Antarctic Snow Cruiser.

As Team Captain, I scheduled meetings, delegated tasks, ran group discussions, and helped others with CAD. However, I ran into difficulties when two of the six members began skipping meetings and becoming unreliable. I made efforts to check up on them and help in any way I could. It became difficult to stay on track as a team, so I took some of their work and redistributed the rest after it was clear that I could not expect work from them.
